Our latest endeavor in Manassas, Virginia, was to transform a traditional home by adding a fully functional mother-in-law suite and remodel of their current kitchen and laundry room.

The Mother of all Mother-In-Law Suites
Spanning above and beside a newly constructed garage, the suite comprises of two spacious bedrooms, a living room and sunroom, each thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and luxury. The pièce de résistance of this suite, however, is the sunroom – a space bathed in natural light and offering breathtaking views of the outdoors. With direct porch access, it serves as a serene retreat for relaxation and moments of quiet contemplation.
A Culinary Dream: The Luxury Kitchen and Dining Room:
While the mother-in-law suite was a significant addition, our creative journey did not end there. The existing garage underwent a metamorphosis, emerging as a sprawling luxury kitchen and dining space. Culinary enthusiasts would revel in its features: two state-of-the-art fridges and dual oven ranges ensure ample capacity for both everyday meals and lavish feasts.

The growing trend towards sustainable transportation is undeniable, and our clients, being forward-thinkers, were no exception. To accommodate their electric vehicles, the garage was equipped with not one, but two state-of-the-art Tesla chargers.
